Additionally we will be including it at NO Cost to you with Qualifying Pre-Owned Motorcycle purchases on bikes 9 years old, and newer.

Q: Is There a Deductible That I Need to Pay When Making a Claim?

There is no deductible on the program. All parts and labor for the included systems are covered 100%.

Q: What Motorcycles Are Included in The Program?

New Harley-Davidson® and Pre-Owned up to 9 years old are covered at no cost to you.

Q: Are There Any Maintenance Requirements

To maintain coverage the following maintenance must be performed every 5,000: (1) Change engine oil and filter; (2)check and maintain belt; and (3) check and maintain primary case and transmission fluid level.

Q: Can I Perform My Own Maintenance?

The above maintenance must be performed at the defined interval however Warranty Forever allows a 1 month or 500 mile grace period. The maintenance must either be performed at Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson®, or a facility of your choice that you obtain pre-authorization for from National Warranty Administrators network (NWAN) the administrator. No pre-authorization is needed when work is pre-formed at Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson®. To obtain pre-authorization prior to each service call 1-800-810-8458. All maintenance records must be kept including work order showing detailed description of work performed, date of service, and description of your motorcycle including VIN.

Q: What if I Breakdown?

Covered repairs where breakdown occurs with-in 150 miles of Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson® are to be performed by Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson®. Breakdowns occurring beyond 150 miles from Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson® can be performed at the repair facility of your choosing with pre-authorization prior to work being performed. In the event of breakdown regardless of where contact Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson® and we will assist with the facilitation of your repair. Covered repairs performed at either Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson® or from a facility that has obtained pre-authorization will be covered 100%, there is NO Deductible, and the repair facility will be paid directly by NWAN immediately following covered repairs.
