Summary Description
Applicant must be versatile and able to take on a variety of responsibilities. Candidate will be required to do the following:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· Administrative activities such as data entry, answer incoming phone calls, make customer satisfaction calls, help with projects and various assistant duties for all Management in the dealership.
· Proficient with a variety of computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets. (MSWord & Excel).
· Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
· Excellent ability to take on assignments start to finish with little supervision. Must be able to find resources to achieve requested projects.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
· General clerical experience such as maintaining files and records, typing, and proofreading.
· Experience in accounts payable/receivable. Basic bookkeeping experience. .
· Experience with various Human Resource functions; including new hire process and employee profile maintenance.
· Riding Academy Client Care
· Student Enrollment
· Ensures all documentation prior to start of Riding Academy course.
· Ensures Quality of Enrollment and documentation using proprietary software
· Work with Instructors of Riding Academy Courses
· Create relationships between students and dealership
· Scheduling appointments
· Customer follow up
Qualifications
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, create mail merge projects, picks up on proprietary software easily.
· Must have reliable transportation, be professional, confident, motivated and have a “can do” attitude. This person must enjoy working with others and adapt to working environment.
