""I just wanted to share with all the lady riders out there, I have been doing a lot research lately on the perfect bike for me. I went to the Hogs-Dogs on Sat May 30th at Buddy Stubbs and attended the seminar/demo for lady riders and I have to say that the girls that work in General Merchandise, Melissa, Tristica and Ronda are the coolest chicks ever! 7 out of the 11 girls actually ride and have their own bikes.....pretty impressive! Not only are they GREAT sales girls they are very knowledgeable about riding gear, helmets, basic maintenance and I even got to pick up a Sportster that they had laying on its side. It was super fun and very educational. I even got a goodie bag that had a lot of cool stuff. I have to say that after talking with Mike and Shaune in service that I'm not so intimidated to just walk in and ask questions. My overall experience was over the top EXCEPTIONAL. "I needed a part replaced on my Road Glide and was not able to find a ride to leave the bike, plus I had another trip planned for the weekend. Mike was really helpful in getting the bike in the shop for immediate attention. Shaune was great to point out my 2 year warranty will be expiring soon and walked me up to sales to get some figures on buying the extended warranty. Shaune and I talked about a new chrome front end on the bike and what the dealership could do for me. These days it's nice to know this dealership was willing to work with me with special pricing if I commit to the job. Customer service has always been and will always be the determining factor for my return visits to a dealership. It's also nice to establish a relationship with a dealership; familiarity is good thing when you need help and advice for projects and service. I have been to a lot of H-D dealerships in my travels, some experiences good...some subpar. Today's experience was a plus ....and I will return to Buddy Stubbs H-D for warranty work, service, and future upgrade projects if the prices are aggressive. Consistency is a good thing when it comes to qualified staff and it's nice to see a familiar face who knows me and my bike. Course...I would hope they would remember the Diva and her Diva Glide!!! "Ethan was fantastic as my sales rep. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a bike for about 9 months, every time we or I came in Ethan spent lots of time showing us what was in stock, new and used, as well as working to get the financing set up.
I was looking for the needle in the haystack but Ethan was patient and stuck with me. I came in and found what I was looking for on Friday October 24. Sitting on the showroom floor was a 2003 FXDX Dyna Super Glide Sport with 5,417 miles on it. This bike had 90% of what I would have done any way. I could not believe what I was looking at, when the financing came through I couldn’t say no.

"When I called to schedule a diagnostic for my bike your service rep was polite and friendly, which I really appreciated since I had just talked to another dealership closer to my home and they were very unfriendly and plain rude. When I brought her in Mike Defilipps was very helpful and listened carefully to what I had to say and made me feel comfortable with leaving her with you. The next day you had her problem fully diagnosed and were careful to follow my instructions about reviewing the repairs with us before proceeding, and then you got the job done in record time. I was throughly satisfied and would recommend your service center to anyone who asked. "I just aquired my first Harley, a 96 FLSTN, and brought it to Buddy Stubbs Arizona Harley-Davidson for it's 10k mile service. The service advisor went above and beyond in explaining what was involved in the service and gave me a very helpful "rookie orientation" about the bike and informed me of what things to check and look after.
